Draft — pending approvalThese terms are a draft for review and are not an effective agreement. The operating company, jurisdiction, payment and cancellation terms, liability provisions, and effective date require approval before publication.
1. The service and these terms
Planvyra provides tools to organise projects, share documents, assign work, and collaborate with people and connected tools. This draft is intended to explain the proposed relationship between the service operator and account holders.
The operator’s legal identity, eligibility requirements, governing law, dispute process, and effective date must be completed in the final agreement. Creating an account during this draft stage does not constitute acceptance of these unfinished terms.
2. Your account and workspace
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and use an account only when you have authority to do so. Workspace owners are responsible for choosing appropriate access and reviewing the people and tools they invite.
Use a unique password and enable two-factor authentication where possible. Notify the operator if you believe an account or access token has been compromised.
3. Content and collaboration
You should upload only content you have permission to use and share. The proposed service arrangement allows the operator and its service providers to process that content as necessary to provide the features you request. Content ownership, licence scope, confidentiality obligations, and data processing terms require confirmation in the final agreement.
People with access to a project may view or change its content according to their role. Review invitations, permissions, and integration scopes before sharing confidential work.
4. Responsible use
Do not use Planvyra to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious software, harass others, bypass access controls, obtain another workspace’s information without authorisation, or disrupt the service.
Report suspected vulnerabilities privately. Any suspension, appeal, notice, and termination procedures will be stated in the final terms.
5. Free use and paid packages
Account registration currently starts without collecting payment card details. Paid package prices, capacity limits, currency, taxes, billing cycle, renewal rules, refunds, cancellation, and downgrade effects must be stated in the applicable offer before purchase.
The pricing section lists available packages. When online billing is enabled, an Agency owner can review a paid subscription in Stripe Checkout and manage billing through the Stripe customer portal. Contact-sales packages require a separate agreement. A return from checkout does not confirm payment; the application waits for verified provider updates. Final commercial terms must match the approved packages and billing service.
6. External services and AI tools
Optional integrations may require a separate account and are subject to the provider’s own terms. When you authorise a connected tool, it may receive information within the permissions granted to it.
MCP connections let agents share project context and report their work. Planvyra does not itself execute the agent’s code, tests, deployments, or external actions. Review agent-produced results before relying on them.
7. Availability and ending use
Features may change as Planvyra develops. The final agreement must define any service commitments, support arrangements, warranties, liability limits, and notice of material changes. No uptime guarantee or service-level agreement is offered by this draft.
Self-service workspace deletion is not currently available. Before ending use, discuss content access, export needs, retention, and deletion with your workspace administrator and the operator.
8. Questions
Send product or package questions to [email protected]. The operator must verify its legal notice address and support channel before these terms become effective.
Read the privacy policy draft for data-handling information and the security overview for implemented protections.
